Greg brings Realtec Fort Collins over 25 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate appraisals. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Ohio University in 1995, he became a licensed real estate appraiser in Toledo, Ohio. In 2002, he started his own business, Walter and Associates Real Estate Valuation & Analysis. He moved his business to Fort Collins in 2012 and obtained his SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. Since 2012, he developed valuation expertise of commercial, industrial and land properties in Northern Colorado. He is a licensed real estate broker and joined the Realtec-Fort Collins team in 2024. He looks forward to providing his knowledge and expertise of the commercial real estate market to assist business owners and investors make informed decisions about market values, property comparisons, cap rates, land opportunities, and strategically plan a property’s highest and best use.
Greg has been a long-term member of the Fort Collins Foothills Rotary. In Tennessee, he was part of the Knoxville Volunteer Rotary, where he served as president. When not at work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons. Outside of the office he enjoys water skiing, snow skiing and hiking.
