Jeff was born and raised in a small town in northwest Iowa where he grew up working on a farm. He credits his upbringing for the work ethic and responsibility that he has carried with him throughout his commercial real estate career. Jeff graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Accounting / Finance and was a member of TKE. Following his graduation, Jeff went on to earn an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Jeff has been with Realtec since 2005 and has been a partner since 2008. He is a dedicated professional who credits his success to hard work, integrity, remaining customer focused, and being part of a terrific real estate team.

Jeff brings over twenty-five years of diverse business experience in sales, marketing, and business ownership.  He spent ten years with International Paper/xpedx in Denver as a top performer in sales and strategic planning.  He also has experience selling small businesses and is himself, a small business owner.

Jeff’s focus is in commercial investment, industrial properties, and the office markets. He is the manager of multiple real estate partnerships and has an extensive background assisting investors locate unique properties that meet their individual investment goals and needs.

Jeff is married with two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, hiking, and any outdoor activity.
