Kylan Fetzer graduated from Colorado State University 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. During college, Kylan was a member of the Real Estate Club where he gained valuable insights from a variety of industry professionals. He joined Realtec in 2023 as a commercial real estate intern and continued the internship during his senior year. He obtained his real estate license in 2024 and is currently a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Northern Colorado Young Professional Group.
His education and experiences have built a solid foundation for starting his real estate career and he is eager to continue to learn about the Northern Colorado commercial market. He looks forward to meeting with and assisting commercial real estate owners and tenants lease, purchase and sell property.
Kylan is a Northern Colorado native and graduate of Windsor High School. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, skiing and golf.
