Patrick O’Donnell

Patrick joined Realtec in July 2007 after spending the previous five years at McWhinney, where he concentrated in the areas of office and industrial sales and leasing, land sales and project entitlement work. The experience he gained while working for the largest developer in Northern Colorado provided a solid foundation, market understanding and skill set that he draws upon daily to provide Realtec clients with sound advice and expertise. Prior to entering the real estate field, Patrick gained over 10 years of experience managing business units for aviation related companies. Responsibilities included contract negotiations, designing and implementing government compliance programs, budget development, implementation and oversight, employee management and oversight of vendors, suppliers and consultants.
Patrick is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Loveland, holds a BS in Business Management and is completing coursework for the CCIM designation. He has been an active volunteer in youth mentoring organizations in the community.
