Ron Catterson

Ron is a Colorado native who grew up in the Evergreen/Conifer area. He earned a business degree from Colorado College and a geology degree from CU. Ron’s diverse professional career includes founding and managing his own construction company; buying, running, and selling a franchise; acting as the general partner of the family oil and gas investment company and working as a residential Realtor. He has owned and managed residential investment properties for over 30 years. Ron started in commercial real estate in 2016 and joined Realtec in 2020. He uses his background in business, investing, and construction to help his clients with the lease and sale of office, retail, industrial and land properties.

Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 adult children. As a Rotarian, he volunteers throughout the community. Being a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, he spends his spare time mountain biking, fly fishing, hiking, camping, and skiing.
