As the founder of Realtec, one of Steve’s primary objectives was to assemble a select group of high-quality sales professionals to better serve clients and achieve maximum results. With three offices serving the Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley communities, the present-day Realtec commercial sales team represents the very best in competence, experience and integrity, with a consistent track record of success.
Steve is an alumnus of Colorado State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He became one of the first brokers in northern Colorado to receive the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. As a consistent top producer, Steve was awarded the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation by the metro Denver chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. The SIOR designation recognizes outstanding sales performance in the office and industrial market segments and is achieved by less than 1% of commercial brokers nationally. In the Colorado Chapter of SIOR, Steve served as President of the chapter in 2014.
Before retiring in 2025, Steve had more than 40 years of commercial real estate sales and leasing experience. In retirement, Steve looks forward to maintaining client relationships and consulting with his Realtec colleagues in their efforts to continue to offer superior service. In recognition of this service, Realtec was inducted into the Everitt Real Estate Center’s Hall of Fame at Colorado State University, the only commercial brokerage company so recognized.
